We have fresh flowers delivered weekly to our studio offering our clients a variety of seasonal flowers. With our years of design experience and passion we provide our clients with unique and beautiful arrangements.

Our Hours of Operation 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday & Monday If calling after hours please leave us a detailed message and we shall return your call the next business day. You may also order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week you will automatically be prompted to our next available delivery date.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $20.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)We do our utmost to ensure timely delivery at the most convenient time for the recipient.
Same day deliveries are available in town (order must be recieved before 11:00AM Atlantic time for same day) if received after cutoff time the order will be delivered the following business day. If ordering out of province wire order we cannot guarantee same day delivery but we can do our best to have the order fulfilled as quickly as possible.
We do not guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In most cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery, especially in the case of rural deliveries. If the sender requests the item to be left at the door the sender assumes all liability. The Willow Floral Boutique cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Delivery of orders to cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Mondays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
ECommerce Orders
We accept all local and international orders, you may order directly through our website we will process your credit card order securely through our shop. Please provide an email address so we may forward you a receipt for your records.
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Holidays, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Family Day (Ontario) Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Canada Day, Civic Day and Labour Day.
Statutory Holidays
Our shop will always be closed on the following Statutory Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Canada Day, Civic Day and Labour Day.
